At Cafe Breton with Kym and Patty...

This meet-up with my Tweet Hearts was a long overdue plan. Patty and I have always wanted to meet up but unfortunately, I was so poor back then that I only use @tweetitow to send my tweets. Which means, that I will have to read my tweets the moment I arrive home.

This is a tweet up because its a meet-up planned by Twitter friends. This used to be called"eyeball", which was used during the advent of SMS. Well, EYEBALL now is just so baduy and jologs. (Umaandar nanaman ang pagiging social climber ko!)

Kym and Patty are Terj's friends from their lovely place in Rizal. I used to think that Patty is Terj's cousin but I've learned that they are not and that they are also bound by common friends and cousins. Since Kym and Patty are best friends, I eventually became friends with Kym.

I also learned that Patty and Kym were not classmates in High School. Patty was one year older than Kym. You'd think that they are classmates because they are so close to each other.

We finally had the chance of meeting up, when Kym and Patty decided to visit me and Terj in Makati. Unfortunately, they had to meet Terj on a different time because our schedules don't jive at all. Terj was on-duty from 2pm to 10pm while I get off at 4pm.

The moment I got from work, I changed into my work clothes and went to Greenbelt 3 to meet up with the girls at Cafe Breton. To those who are not quite familiar with the place, it is the best place to feast on crepes.

Le Magnifique from Cafe Breton

Since I wanted to smoke and coffee seemed to be the best partner for it, we went to The Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf. However, I have been scavenging on my bag and I couldn't find my cigarettes then I realized that I must've left it at Fuma. And it was true! I left it there.

The lost cigarette brought us to our next stop which was at Red Mango where I savored the flavor of yogurt.

Thanks Patty for the photo... =)

Thanks Patty and Kym for the tweet up and the Le Magnifique!!!! See you soon and I hope you enjoyed your trip to Jakarta!

NB: All photos were taken from Patty's album and taken by Patty and the waitress at Cafe Breton.

Instant Friends for XMEN First Class

Six days of work in a week killed the cat. LOL!!! I like Saturday duties because it usually ends early but it did not happen yesterda. Plus? There was a an imminent event that can spell danger - GI Bleeding Scan. I dont know what happened. I went out at three in the afternoon which made my life a little less stressful.

With Honey and Ryan my instant friends all because of BlackBerry Messenger and Twitter....

Honestly, I had a situation yesterday. I wanted to watch XMEN First Class but among my 2,000++ friends on Facebook, not a single person was free. So I had to search through Twitter and found Honey. On my Blackberry contact list, I found Ryan. And then voila... I had friends in an instant. LOL!

So after the movies, we accompanied Ryan as he's going to a friends' house party and he was asked to bring the booze. I didn't know that Mercury Drug sells liquor. Cool! But he decided to buy it somewhere near The Fort because his friends want something apple-ish! HAHAHA!

Honey and I decided to eat at Chef d' Angelo. We wanted to pay respect for your tummies. While choosing what food to eat, I had quite a flashback of all the food I ate for the week and I realized that it has been vegetable-free. So I ordered Chicken Caesar Salad and I think I just made the right choice.

Honey ordered their Classic Burger and I learned that she doesn't like vegetables too. In fact, she separated the veggies from the burger patty but I was surprised because she's still so thin.

So my weekend was completely exciting and unpredictable. I love surprises. It keeps me motivated to wake up each day and face the world chin-up!

Sorry for the photos... I just took it from VV (That's the name of my Blackberry)! =)
